And these, my friends, are bone in buffalo wings. I was inspired by the vegan wings I had in Brooklyn at Food Swings (RIP) where you could eat the wing around a little piece of skewer.
This is more like a vegan version of the Campbell’s soup take on beef stroganoff. But don’t be deceived by the look. It is still quite delicious.
