So once upon a very long time ago, I went on a vacation to Vancouver, Seattle and Portland. This is the long overdue blog about that trip.
This month is I entered the vegan food swap for the second time and my partner pulled through in an amazing way again.
Woah. I just took these out of the fridge and they are good. Real good. Less sticky than the non vegan variety but still good.
This may be the most delicious thing I have ever made. And the prettiest. Ain’t it damn pretty?
To keep my head in the sand about the non-summery weather, I’m going to put my head into a bowl of this strawberry shortcake.
