I feel like I could write a book of stories about my relationship with chocolate chip muffins. I’m not kidding. I have probably eaten half of my lifetime calories in chocolate chip muffins.
Okay. Real talk. I never liked cheesecake very much as a non-vegan. But, I decided to give it another chance as a treat for a cheesecake fan in my life.
These may have fall flavours but heck, you can buy them year round at Starbucks so I say they are as much an any day cookie as chocolate chip.

Woah. I just took these out of the fridge and they are good. Real good. Less sticky than the non vegan variety but still good.
